Who are we?
Steve Nealon (BSc Hons)
Director and Main Agent

Steve took his first professional role at the age of 8 at the Gate Theatre, Dublin under the direction of esteemed director Hilton Edwards. Steve trained as an actor at the
Samuel Beckett Centre, Trinity College, Dublin. While working as an actor in
Ireland and the UK for twenty years, Steve was an agent at actors’ co-
operatives ANA and Park Management. Steve also spent three years working
in advertising sales for magazines at Nexus Media and in 2007 (when
magazines targeting the dental industry began to make his teeth grind!), Steve
set up an acting school Threshold Theatre Arts and began to represent
children and adults for work in the entertainment industry. Steve Nealon
Associates began trading the following year and has been growing ever
since. Steve is also a writer and director and has written and directed
numerous shows for children and young people. Steve is also a qualified integrative counsellor and a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy..

Phoebe Mallinson (BA)
Agent's Assistant

Phoebe was involved in drama from a young age, acting all throughout her
student years. Studying history at Oxford, she felt it was important to balance
her academic work with creative activity. Towards the end of her degree, she
began to particularly enjoy the other side of the industry, spotting and critiquing
talent, organising productions and fostering creative relationships. Upon
graduating, she was set on becoming an agent. Her work for SNA has been
her first exposure to the job and she is loving learning from Steve.
